The Distance Courtesy Coach Certificate Program is validated by the International Civility Trainers' Consortium. The program was created by the team at Civility Experts Inc. Since 2001, Civility Experts Inc. has been offering teachers, entrepreneurs, coaches, parents, child care providers and others the opportunity to achieve practical knowledge and training in courtesy for children- and to be acknowledged via ICTC Certification.

For the past 19 years, Lew has lead the team at Civility Experts Worldwid, Inc. now 87 affiliates strong with representation in 25 countries- and earned recognition as the leading expert on civility in the workplace.
Lew is a recipient of the Manitoba Woman Entrepreneur of the Year Award for International Business, a nominee for the RBC Canadian Women Entrepreneur of the Year and the first Canadian to be awarded the prestigious AICI International Civility Star Award.
Lew is a 12-time published author and national columnist who is frequently called upon for expert advice. She has worked with organizations large and small all over the world.
Lew takes the view that “civility is its own reward”. She encourages her team and clients to focus on the social capital outputs, trust, and other intangible benefits that building social intelligence and culturally-competent communication consistently deliver. Lew is a graduate of McGill University, a member of the training team at Manitoba Tourism Education Council, Distance Faculty at Georgetown University, past facilitator for Train Canada Corporation, and long-term faculty with the Canadian Management Center in Toronto, Canada. Additional credentials included Certified Culture Coach®, Master Certified Civility Trainer, Language Benchmarks Assessor, High Style® Image Coach, Essential Skills Practitioner, one of only 8 Master Certified Civility trainers in the world.
Lew is also founder and Executive Director of the Canadian Center for Cultural Competence, Chair of the Every Girl Can Canada Initiative, CEO of In Good Company Etiquette Academy Franchise Group, Owner of Propriety Publishing, and Founder of the Macaroni and Please Manners at School program. Lew volunteers as Executive Director of The Civility Center, mentor for The Etiquette House, and President of the International Civility Trainers’ Consortium.
